With the goal of helping more players enjoy our products and connect with one another, we've established some guidelines for streaming and posting content on video-sharing platforms and social media.
When sharing content, we ask that you please follow the guidelines below.
Definitions
- Company: WFS, Inc.
- Game: Another Eden Begins (Nintendo Switch™ 2 / Nintendo Switch™ / Steam®).
- Company Content: The Game, promotional videos, official websites, and other materials related to the Game in which we hold intellectual property rights. The following content is excluded from Company Content:
- Materials featuring images of voice actors, actors, or other celebrities associated with the Game.
- Content containing still images, video, or audio from anime, concerts, live events, or streams featuring the Game.
Use of Company Content on Video-Sharing Platforms and Social Media
■Posting Visual Content
- You're welcome to post and stream videos and still images (hereafter referred to as "Visual Content") as long as they follow these guidelines. If you're affiliated with a talent agency, MCN, VTuber agency, or similar organization, you can still post and stream content on your individual channel, as long as it complies with these guidelines.
- These guidelines don't apply to content posted or streamed on behalf of a company or organization, including tie-ups, collaborations, or promotional activities. If you're creating this type of content, please contact the Company in advance.
- You may monetize your content through features offered by partner platforms, such as the YouTube Partner Program and Twitch Affiliate Program, as long as your content complies with these guidelines.
- When posting content containing major plot points on video-sharing platforms, please clearly indicate that it contains spoilers so viewers know what to expect and can avoid spoilers if they wish.
- For gameplay videos, please make them your own by adding commentary, reactions, or other personal touches. However, this requirement does not apply to posts consisting of still images or short video clips captured or shared using features provided by the Game or respective platforms. These guidelines also do not apply to reposts of videos created by other users or to posts of illustrations, movies, or music of Company Content created solely for entertainment purposes.
- Please avoid posting content such as videos of cutscenes or dialogue scenes without your own commentary, analysis, or reactions, as this may allow viewers to experience the story without actually playing the Game.
- If the Company determines that posted content is inappropriate, we may ask you to take action, such as removing it.
- For guidelines on posting story-related content to social media, please see the "Posting to Social Media" section.
Posting to Social Media
■Posting to Social Media
- Before the embargo date, please do not directly post images, videos, or text that reveal major plot points on services such as X, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, or Bluesky, where such content may appear in users' feeds unexpectedly.
- You're welcome to post content such as reactions and analysis that don't reveal major plot points before the embargo date. Please keep an eye on the embargo dates for DLC and new story content, as these dates may be updated from time to time.
- Major plot points include, but are not limited to, major story revelations, the identity or fate of vital characters, the final boss, the ending, and new developments in New Game+.
- You may share links to videos on video-sharing platforms on social media even before the embargo date, as long as the videos are clearly marked with spoiler warnings. However, please do not include major plot points in the video title, description, or thumbnail.
- Please do not send malicious replies or DMs intended to spoil the experience for others.

- On communication platforms such as Discord that allow access to posts to be restricted by channel or thread, please clearly indicate when content contains spoilers, just as you would when posting on video-sharing platforms.
- You may post major plot points in communities or threads that clearly indicate they contain spoilers. Please check and follow the rules of each community.
■Streaming and Posting Another Eden Begins Demo Content
You're welcome to post Another Eden Begins demo content on video-sharing platforms or social media once the demo is released. There are no spoiler embargoes or restrictions on demo content, so please feel free to share videos and images, as well as your thoughts and reactions.
Before you get started, please take a moment to review these guidelines for information on how to use videos, images, and other content appropriately, as well as activities that are not permitted. Please also avoid posting or streaming content from outside the demo or sharing any information that has not yet been made public by the Company until the Game's release.

When posting content on video-sharing platforms, please be sure to include the appropriate copyright notice below in the video description.

■Music and Audio Content
- You may post videos covering Company Content that include music or audio from Company Content on social media and video-sharing platforms. However, we ask that you please do not extract and post the music or audio as standalone content for entertainment purposes.
- Please be aware that if the individual rights holder of a piece of music determines that its use is inappropriate, you may be asked to stop using the music or remove your posts.
■Other Restrictions
The following restrictions also apply:
- Going against the terms of service of any platform you use.
- Publicly sharing Visual Content featuring material that hasn't been officially made public by the Company, but has been leaked or made publicly available due to incidents such as accidents, system errors, or unauthorized access.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All copyrights and other intellectual property rights belong to the Company or a third party designated by the Company.
- These guidelines don't give you any intellectual property rights to Company Content or permissions beyond what's specifically allowed for posting Visual Content.
Prohibited Content and Actions
- Posts or actions that fall under any of the following are prohibited:

- Posts that may go against applicable laws or generally accepted standards of conduct.
- Posts containing content that infringes on the rights of the Company or third parties.

- Posts containing content that may harm the reputation of Company Content or the Company.
- Posts containing content that depicts or promotes cheats.
- Posts containing gameplay that uses programs or tools that enable unauthorized activities.
- Reuse of Visual Content for commercial purposes, including creating and selling videos, illustrations, merchandise, or other products based on that content.
- Use of Company Content's story, cutscenes, audio, or music to create Visual Content primarily intended for viewing.
- Posts or actions that infringe on the rights of third parties, including the cast and staff involved with Company Content or the Company, such as rights relating to their image, publicity, or reputation.
- Posts containing content that falsely claims or implies an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with the Company.
- Any posts or actions the Company deems inappropriate.
- If the Company determines that your posts or videos don't follow these guidelines, we may ask you to take action, such as removing the content or ending the stream. If we make such a request, please take down the relevant content as soon as possible. Please also understand that we will not be able to respond to individual inquiries about the reasons for these requests.
- If going against these guidelines results in loss or damage to a third party, you may be asked to help cover any resulting damages to the Company or the relevant third party.
Additional Notes
- These guidelines only apply to content owned or provided by the Company. For third-party content, please check the guidelines provided by the respective rights holders. Please note that we will not be able to respond to inquiries regarding ownership or rights.
- You are responsible for creating and posting Visual Content, as well as covering any associated costs.
- The Company does not guarantee that user-posted Visual Content of Company Content is complete, lawful, appropriate, or free from infringement.
- The Company is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between players and third parties as a result of posted content. These guidelines apply to content posted on or after their effective date. You do not need to hide or remove content that was posted before that date.
- These guidelines may be changed or updated without notice, so please make sure to check for any updates before posting content.
- These guidelines may be withdrawn without notice.
- Please note that we will not be able to respond to individual inquiries regarding these guidelines.
