Scope
This "Fishing Star World Tour" Application Privacy Policy (this "Policy") sets forth the terms for the collection of information and the handling of the collected information by WFS, Inc. (the "Company") in connection with user support for the "Fishing Star World Tour" video game (including updated versions of this game and its related services; the "Company Game") that operates on the "Switch", a video game console manufactured and sold by Nintendo Co., Ltd. and its affiliates. With regard to any matter that is not provided for in this Policy, please also review the "Basic Policy for the Protection of Personal Information".

3. Information of Customers Under the Age of 16

If you are under the age of 16 and we find that you have provided information to the Company without the consent of your parent or guardian, the Company will promptly delete the information you have provided.

Disclosure to foreign third parties
Any information regarding inquiries that are received from the region where you reside will be retained by the Company in Japan. Such information may also be transferred to recipients that have entered into a contract with the Company and are located outside of Japan. The countries where the Company and the recipients are located may not have the same laws and regulations for the protection of your information that exist in the region where you reside, so there is a possibility that you will not receive the same level of adequate safeguards that you would receive in the region where you reside.
When you provide information for inquiry purposes, you will be deemed to have consented to the following:
- The handling of user information by the Company in accordance with this Privacy Policy
- The storing and processing of your information at foreign facilities that are available for the Company's use (including cloud storage and cloud computing operated by third parties) or by a foreign contractor that has entered into a contract with the Company
5. Notices and Announcements
This Policy is posted and announced on the privacy policy link that is found on the inquiry form for the Company Game. The Company may amend this Policy, and any important changes will be announced at each posting location. The amended Policy will apply starting from the time when it is posted at each posting location. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In the case of withdrawing your consent, please contact us after confirming the following "Inquiries" section.
6. Request for Disclosure, Etc.; Inquiries
Request for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, etc.
If you or your agent makes a request to disclose, correct, delete, suspend the use, access, or restrict the processing of your information, makes a data portability request, or raises an objection regarding your information, the Company will comply with such request without delay to the extent possible in accordance with laws and regulations. If you wish to make such request, please contact the Company after reviewing the "Inquiries" section below. Please note, however, that the Company will not be able to reply to your inquiry if you will be correcting, deleting, or suspending the use of your information that is required to send a reply to your inquiry.

7. Administration Policy
Amendment of this Privacy Policy
The terms of this Policy may be revised or amended. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised or amended Policy will come into effect when it is posted on the privacy policy link that is found on the inquiry form for the Company Game.
Data retention
The personal information collected from you will be deleted within 10 years after replying to your inquiry unless otherwise required to comply with laws or orders issued by a government, court, or other competent authorities.
