The WFS Customer Support Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets forth the handling of personal information in the user support services provided by WFS,Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). Please also refer to the Company’s “Privacy Policy” for matters not set forth in this Policy.

If we learn that a customer under the age of 16 has provided information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will promptly delete the information you have provided.

This policy, posted and published on the Privacy Policy link located on our Contact Us page. The revised policy will be effective from the time it is posted on the respective bulletin board. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, but this will not affect the legality of any processing based on your consent prior to withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please review the “Contact Us” section below and contact us.

7.Operating Policy
