Requirements

  • The person who participates in the Campaign (Referred to as "the Participant" below) must be 13 years or older at the time of participation in the Campaign.
    *Residents of the EEA, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Korea must be 16 years or older.
  • Minors must receive permission from a guardian who is of legal adult age. Permission is considered to be given at the moment of submission.
  • For individuals residing in Participating Countries/Regions, excluding the Simplified Chinese version service area, please confirm and agree to these Participation Rules. Individuals able to participate are restricted by set rules from the Company.
  • Employees of the Company as well as related individuals and family members may not participate. If such a submission is identified, the submission, selection, and participation will be nullified.
  • One of the social media accounts must be owned by the Participant in order to apply for the Campaign.

Participating Countries/Regions

South Korea, [Traditional Chinese Language Bloc] Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, [English Language Bloc] Countries and regions other than the above where the Game can be played

*In order to comply with local legislation, the following countries are not eligible: Brazil, Italy, Thailand

*The Simplified Chinese version service area is not eligible.

*Countries or regions where prizes cannot be shipped from Japan via Japan Post or FedEx are not eligible.

How to Participate

Be sure to participate in the Campaign in the language bloc that corresponds to the country/region in which the Participant resides.

Application is completed as above.

How to Collect Prizes

Winners will be contacted via email. The email will include a Google Form to input required personal information, confirmation of the winner, and personal information delivery deadline. Please input the necessary personal information in the Google Form to receive the prize.

*In cases where the email notifying the winner is unable to be delivered, or the winner's personal information is not delivered by the deadline stated in the notification message, the selection will become nullified.

*Be advised that you set your relevant social media account settings to allow reception of email from another-eden.info@wfs.games.

*Prize delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

*The winner will be responsible for payment of any customs duties.

Caution

  • Participation in this contest is considered an agreement to these Participation Rules of the Campaign.
  • In case of actions deemed to be unfair, the Participant at fault relinquishes all rights to participation and selection.
  • Selection rights are retained by the Participant. Those rights cannot be transferred, exchanged for money, or changed to another prize.
  • The Campaign is subject to cancellation or change without notice.
  • Fees from internet access and data usage accrued for the purposes of the Campaign are the responsibility of the Participant.
  • The Company does not bear responsibility for the use of the Campaign website, stoppage in site use, or damage due to misuse. (Includes server troubles for web services, Google Forms, and so on)
  • Resale of the prize on online marketplaces or by other means is prohibited.
  • Even if the reception of the prize is disrupted, unless the cause of the disruption comes from an error in the Company, the Company bears no responsibility for the disruption.

Prohibited Items for Submission

Please do not submit to the Campaign any entries described below. If it is deemed that an entry is similar to the items listed, the Company will delete the submission in question without notification and remove the Participant from the selection process.

  • Entries that go against or threaten social standards or public morals.
  • Entries that break the laws, are connected to unlawful actions, or risk such actions.
  • Other entries that the Company judges to be inappropriate.

Regarding the handling of personal information provided in the Campaign, please read and agree to the Privacy Policy below before submitting your application.

Inquiries Regarding the Campaign

For inquiries regarding the Campaign, please submit a comment to the Campaign's post on the corresponding official social media account of the App.

*We cannot answer inquiries related to the random drawing method, progress, or results of the Campaign.

*The winner will be contacted directly in cases where there are prize-related precautions or disclaimers.

Rules Concerning Dispute Resolution

Regardless of the Participation Rules of the Campaign as stated above, the laws of Japan will be followed. Differences in opinions, controversies, and disputes originating in the Participation Rules will be handled by the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association where a resolution will be reached. The mediation location will be Tokyo, Japan. The mediation will be conducted in English.
